The Leasing Manager drives occupancy and marketing strategies by implementing policies and leasing plans to guide the leasing team towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and resident retention goals.

As the "face of the property", you are an initial point of contact for all guests, prospects, residents, and vendors, and are committed to upholding a standard of excellence in customer care and team leadership.

Your Purpose & General Responsibilities:

  • Leading the training and development of the leasing staff
  • Motivating and holding your team accountable
  • Creating a follow-up system for your team of phone calls, emails and thank you notes to prospective residents
  • Prepare traffic reports and record traffic, leases, move-ins and outs
  • Prepare weekly and monthly market surveys
  • Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents
  • Providing exemplary customer service to both current and prospective residents
  • Comfortably delegating success practices and implementations to leasing team
  • Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
  • Close "the sale" of new apartment homes to prospective residents
  • Prepare lease paperwork, obtain move-in keys, and additional duties prior to new resident arrival
  • Entry of information into internal resident database
  • Utilizing sales and marketing strategies to help increase property traffic
  • Responding to resident requests and help to minimize and resolve resident concerns
  • Planning, facilitating and participating in resident functions and resident activities
  • Visiting locators and local businesses to promote your product

Essential Needs for Olympus Latitude:

  • Available Full-time, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM (hours may vary slightly)
  • Flexibility for after-hours resident events and/or rotating weekends
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant
  • RealPage/Knock/Onesite experience is strongly preferred
  • EPA/CPO and Lead Maintenance Experience
  • On-Call

Initial pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $30.00 - $32.00/per hour 

This role is eligible to receive generous monthly Leasing Commissions and Resident Renewal Bonuses!
