Kansas City Steak, a National Beef Company in Kansas City, Kansas, is seeking to hire qualified individuals to fill Part-time General Labor positions at our warehouse. With competitive pay, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, Kansas City Steak could become your next career move!

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 20 to 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Distribution Center Part-time General Labor position may include but are not limited to:

  • Picking Product
  • Packing Coolers
  • Loading Trucks
  • Scanning Product
  • Other duties as assigned

The job requires:

  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Bending, Twisting, and Pulling
  • Wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Training in and understanding of all associated safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Flexibility with work responsibilities
  • Following instructions
  • Lifting from 10 to 60 lbs repetitively
  • Working in a refrigerated environment
  • Pulling handcarts with excessive weight
  • Paying Attention to detail

This is a safety sensitive position.  This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Part-time General Labor Positions should possess the following:

  • Material handling, forklift, and computer experience preferred but not required

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
