NASCAR SpeedPark: PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC (“PARC”), owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing (“NASCAR”), the park offers exciting side-by-side go-kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, an arcade, and other family-oriented entertainment. Job Purpose: Support daily arcade operations by assisting guests with game play and prize redemption, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests while following all company policies and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Park-Wide Related Duties:

  • Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all guests
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members
  • Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of guest needs and service flow
  • Communicate guest concerns, operational issues, or safety concerns to leadership as appropriate
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Department-Specific Duties:

  • Assist guests with prize redemption and arcade game experiences
  • Operate and monitor arcade games and attractions in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Respond to guest questions and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including redemption counters, game areas, and stock rooms
  • Restock prizes and supplies and support inventory organization
  • Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure readiness for daily operations
  • Contribute to a fun, safe, and engaging environment for guests and team members

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Specific Hearing Requirements – Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication and operational sounds, including guest interactions, game audio, alarms, and team communication, in a high-noise arcade environment
  • Special Skills – Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
