Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NASA SEWP Program Manager to oversee and manage contracts under the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal government contracting, direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts, and the ability to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall execution and administration of NASA SEWP contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and company policies.
  • Coordinate contract deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task order management.
  • Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Support proposal development, contract transitions, and business development efforts related to NASA SEWP opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track contract metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and customers.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance contract performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government customers and industry partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Government contracts.
  • Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or Program management degree.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on NASA SEWP contract management experience.
  • Knowledge of NASA procurement policies and contract administration.
  • Experience working with government customers, subcontractors, and prime contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior exp as NASA SEWP PM or Deputy PM.
