Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Insurance Sales Agent to represent Globe Life Family Heritage Division. This is a full-time sales position for a proven insurance professional who is committed to consistently producing high NAP and growing a strong book of business.

The agent will help individuals, families, and employees understand and apply for insurance coverage designed to provide financial protection during unexpected life and health events.

  • Meet with individuals, families, business owners, and employees to assess their insurance needs.
  • Present life and supplemental health insurance options clearly and professionally.
  • Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, business outreach, leads, and worksite enrollments.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and employers to offer voluntary employee benefits.
  • Complete insurance applications accurately and follow all company and state compliance requirements.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication throughout the application process.
  • Provide ongoing customer service to policyholders.

  • Prior insurance sales experience is required.
  • Proven history of producing strong, consistent NAP.
  • Ability and willingness to work full time.
  • Strong prospecting, closing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Professional communication and customer-service skills.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to attend in-person appointments when required.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based sales environment.
  • Ability to follow insurance regulations, company procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling life, health, supplemental health, voluntary benefits, or worksite insurance.
