Job description

Our Company:
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Responsibilities: 
  • Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information. 
  • Generate labels for dispensing.
  • Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
  • Clarify orders as needed.
  • Triage incoming faxes.
 
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Texas Pharmacy Technician required.
  • Must reside in the state of Texas. 
  • Previous experience in pharmacy desire.
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
  • Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
  • Quick typing skills.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
