Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in historic Downtown Monterey.
The ideal candidate will support attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring efficient case management and adherence to deadlines. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with document preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Management of case files
  • Coordinate project timelines and assist in managing litigation processes.

Requirements
  • 2 or more years Paralegal work experience
