Bridgerland Technical College is seeking a Part-Time Nail Tech Instructor to join our team in Logan, Utah. What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Nail Tech Instructor, you'll provide engaging instruction and hands-on training that prepares students for professional success in nail technology and cosmetology.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Teaching and demonstrating basic and advanced nail services.
  • Instructing students on professional customer intake, consultations, and service recommendations.
  • Guiding students through real-world salon work and customer service experiences.
  • Supporting student learning in appointment scheduling, point-of-sale systems, and salon operations.
  • Developing and maintaining curriculum materials aligned with industry standards.
  • Evaluating student performance through practical demonstrations, assignments, and assessments.
  • Maintaining accurate student records, attendance, progress, and documentation.
  • Creating a safe, clean, organized, and professional learning environment.
  • Promoting proper sanitation, safety practices, and industry best practices.
  • Building professional rapport with students, staff, and clients.
  • Encouraging professionalism, confidence, creativity, and strong work habits.
  • Supporting program goals and performing additional duties as assigned.
