You are responsible for bathing, drying, and preparing dogs' coats for haircuts. You are also responsible for trimming nails, cleaning ears, de-tangling and de-matting neglected coats, expressing anal glands, and performing minor maintenance hair trimming. You are responsible for ensuring that all services are performed in a quality and timely manner, as well as ensuring that all relevant information is communicated to the Groomer and to the client both pre-and post-grooming.
Responsibilities:

- Checking anal glands on all dogs, and express if necessary
- Trimming nails, cleaning ears, and removing eye crust
- Following all special instructions
- Ensuring that all relevant information is reported to the Groomer and client in a timely manner
- Ensuring all special instructions are accurate in our systems
- Ensuring the grooming room is clean, well-supplied, and all equipment is in working order
