What is a Naia?
What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Naia, and why are they important?
What is the difference between Naia vs Flight Attendant?
| Aspect | Naia | Flight Attendant |
|---|---|---|
| Required Certifications | Basic safety and security training, sometimes a high school diploma | Cabin safety, first aid, and emergency procedures certification |
| Work Environment | Airports, security checkpoints, and administrative offices | Aircraft cabins, airports, and passenger service areas |
| Industry Usage | Airlines, airport security, travel agencies | Airlines, travel companies, and hospitality industry |
Naia roles typically involve airport security and administrative tasks, while flight attendants focus on passenger safety and comfort onboard aircraft. Both roles require safety training and are integral to the airline and travel industry, but they differ in work environment and daily responsibilities.
