  • Provide technology leadership to the DevOps Team

  • Design and manage resilient, scalable infrastructure for application development, testing, and production environments

  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure CI/CD pipelines

  • Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and standards for DevOps processes and tools

  • Automate and accelerate application development, testing, release, and deployment

  • Define security best practices and implement “Shift Left” security

  • Assess and optimize the technology stack according to industry best practices and emerging trends

  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams

  • Mentor junior engineers in DevOps responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience in development, operations, and full stack implementations

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Architect or similar role

  • Solid experience with Linux

  • Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or Ruby for automation and integrations

  • Experience managing infrastructure and application deployments across Azure, AWS, and GCP

  • Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery patterns (CI/CD)

  • Strong networking experience with TCP/IP, WAN, gateways, switching/routing, and cloud networking

  • Experience with one or more of virtualization/container environments, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Sensu, Prometheus, Nagios, or Elasticsearch

  • Ability to work with people across various locations

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
