* Must have Level 3 ASNT Certification and/ or currently active NAS410 Level III certifications
* Equivalent technical experience may be considered.
* Minimum 5-8 years of aerospace NDT experience, including at least 2 years at Level III.
* Proven expertise in both film-based and digital radiography (CR, DDA).
* Experience with Nadcap NDT accreditation and OEM audits (e.g., Boeing, Rolls-Royce, GE, Pratt & Whitney).
* Familiarity with NAS 410, ASTM (1742, E1032), SAE, and AS9100 radiography standards.
* In-depth knowledge of digital image processing, image quality indicators (IQIs), and density / sensitivity requirements.
Work Environment:
Work is typically performed around heavy equipment, radiation sources, and moving machinery, requiring strict adherence to all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)-including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, dosimeters, and protective footwear-is mandatory.
This position requires the ability to:
* Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
* Lift, carry, and move equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds
* Work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity
* Maintain visual acuity for detailed image analysis and defect interpretation
* Occasionally work irregular hours, including nights or weekends, to support project schedules
* The Level III RT/CR must be capable of performing both technical oversight and hands-on support while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
