Job description

Remote, Clinical Pharmacist - Pennsylvania
Pharmacists, we'd love to hear from you!
Join our remote clinical pharmacy team where you'll use your expertise to review prescriptions, counsel patients, resolve medication-related questions, and collaborate with providers to support positive therapeutic outcomes. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists with community or retail experience who are ready to take on a more clinically focused, patient-centered role in specialty pharmacy.
Salary: $60-$66 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
  • Position will rotate between8am-9pm Monday-Friday
  • Pharmacist will rotate through 8-hour shifts on a weekly basis covering our business hours 8 am- 9 pm EST
Benefits:

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Verify prescription orders for accuracy, communicate with prescribers for clarification, and support medication fulfillment and therapeutic outcomes
  • Counsel patients on specialty and non-specialty medications, answer medication-related questions, address escalated concerns, and promote adherence and compliance
  • Support prior authorizations, financial assistance programs, documentation, and pharmacy technician activities within a collaborative, clinically focused remote environment
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Current enrollment in NABP Verify
