Job Title: Kitchen and Bath Designer (True Full Custom Cabinetry) Location: Oconomowoc, WI - 53066 Employment Type: Full-Time / On-site Salary/Pay Rate: $35,000 - $45,000 / Annum Base (Depending on experience/certifications) + 5% - 7% Commission Vendor Fee: 5%

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Kitchen and Bath Designer for a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our brand-new "Reserve Cabinet Design Center" in Oconomowoc, WI (53066). This premium design center is open to Interior Designers, Contractors, and high-end clients. The role involves creating detailed, functional kitchen and bath layouts, providing exceptional customer service, managing marketing efforts, and overseeing the selection and sales processes for True Full Custom Cabinetry (we exclusively sell full custom solutions, no semi-custom or box cabinetry).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate the daily functions of the new premium Cabinet Design Center.
  • Create highly detailed, functional, and aesthetically inspiring kitchen and bath designs.
  • Consult extensively with Interior Designers, General Contractors, and private clients to understand and execute their specific custom requirements.
  • Oversee the entire cabinetry selection process and drive custom sales pipeline.
  • Manage local marketing initiatives to attract outside trade professionals and clients to the design center.
  • Collaborate with internal project management teams to balance elite creativity with strict budget considerations.
  • Sales Target: Drive growth with an expectation to exceed $1 Million in sales outside of the parent company network.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience: Proven professional track record in Custom Kitchen & Bath Design with a strong focus on high-end or custom home design and residential construction.
  • Cabinetry Expertise: Absolute clear understanding of the architectural differences between Custom, Semi-Custom, and Box Cabinetry (Experience with True Full Custom Cabinetry is mandatory).
  • Sales & Service: Strong proficiency in high-ticket sales, consultation, and delivering executive-level customer service.
  • Software Skills: Highly proficient in using standard industry design software and drafting tools.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple active design projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) certifications are a major plus.
