About the Role 

We're looking for a Videographer/Lead Videographer-a creative leader who is passionate about visual storytelling, thrives in collaborative environments, and enjoys helping others produce their best work. 

In this role, you'll lead video productions from concept through final delivery while partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to create compelling content across a variety of brands and platforms. You'll provide creative direction on set, mentor videographers and freelance crew, and help establish the production standards that elevate our work. 

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on production with creative leadership and wants to play a key role in growing both our team and the quality of our content. 

What You'll Do 

  • Lead video productions from pre-production through final delivery. 
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies. 
  • Direct crews, talent, and freelancers on set while maintaining a collaborative and positive production environment. 
  • Capture cinematic video content using professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment. 
  • Edit high-quality content for social media, branded campaigns, digital marketing, and long-form storytelling. 
  • Mentor videographers by providing creative feedback, technical guidance, and production support. 
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, editors, photographers, and account teams to deliver cohesive creative work. 
  • Help improve production workflows, equipment management, and best practices across the content team. 
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining exceptional creative and technical standards. 
  • Continue exploring new production techniques, technologies, and creative approaches that elevate the team's capabilities. 

What We're Looking For 

We're looking for someone who combines creative excellence with strong leadership. You should be someone others naturally trust on set, enjoys mentoring teammates, and takes pride in producing work that exceeds expectations. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of professional video production experience or equivalent portfolio demonstrating advanced production expertise. 
  • Expert knowledge of video production workflows, including cinematography, lighting, audio, and post-production. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro. 
  • Experience leading productions and directing talent, crew, or freelance contributors. 
  • Strong project management, communication, and client relationship skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willingness to travel for productions as needed. 
  • Valid driver's license. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience producing branded, commercial, sports, or documentary-style content. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. After Effects & Photoshop a plus. 
  • Experience with Sony or Blackmagic camera systems. 
  • Strong color grading and audio mixing skills. 
  • FAA Part 107 Drone Certification. 
  • Experience developing production workflows or mentoring creative team members. 

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
