Job description

Who We Are...
Drive Social Media is one of the fastest-growing advertising technology companies in the country. Born out of necessity to provide the best return on investment for our partners, Drive Social Media has developed a cloud-based advertising management platform to achieve better campaign results and transparency while improving advertising efficiencies to stimulate revenue growth.
Videographer / Photographer - Drive Social Media
At Drive, you'll work directly with clients to create bold, high-performing content - short-form video ads, dynamic GIFs, and striking photography that power paid social campaigns for brands across industries.
We're looking for a natural storyteller who's passionate about crafting standout visuals and thrives on creative collaboration. If you love pushing your own work (and the people around you) to the next level, Drive is where you'll grow at the forefront of digital advertising. This opportunity is 100% remote, with local travel to client businesses and locations for shoots, plus periodic in-office collaboration.
This is a dual-purpose role. We're looking for someone equally skilled in both videography and photography - not just comfortable in one and dabbling in the other.
Application requirement: Please submit both a video reel and a photo portfolio. Applications without both will not be considered.
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with your account team and clients directly to shape campaign concepts from the ground up
  • Capture, process, and edit video and photo content, refining until it hits the mark
  • Operate and maintain both modern and traditional equipment, including cameras and lenses
  • Communicate professionally with team members and clients to gather and incorporate feedback
  • Organize and archive photographic assets, keeping an accurate, accessible database

What You Bring
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • A proven track record in directing, shooting, and lighting
  • A portfolio that shows range and grabs attention (required with application)
  • Comfort with both traditional and modern photography/videography equipment
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including applications related to photo and video editing
  • Understanding of the production process for online publishing
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once

Why Drive Social Media...
Over the past 10 years, we've been keeping up with the massive shifts in consumer attention to online platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and Google and we pride ourselves on comprehending and delivering the industry's best practices and solutions to our partners.
Come join our 200+ employees at AdWeek's Fastest Growing Agency, Inc. 5,000's six-time award winner, and we've also been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, AdWeek, NBC, Smart Insights, Glassdoor, NHL.com, Buzzfeed, Entrepreneur Magazine, Startup Grind, Business.com & Medium Business Journal.
