COMPENSATION: $17.00 per hour
LOCATION: Ann Arbor, MI
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SHIFTS: Call center, on-site (not remote)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a dynamic call center environment in Ann Arbor, MI. This role requires excellent phone and customer service skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
