You’ll serve as a strategic consultant to senior leaders, design scalable recruitment frameworks, and help build a best-in-class talent pipeline that fuels our multi-brand expansion.

Your Strategic Impact

  • Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Partner with executives and HR to forecast headcount needs, translate business plans into recruiting roadmaps, and align budgeted roles with long-term growth objectives.
  • Integrated Sourcing & Branding: Architect proactive sourcing strategies—leveraging market intelligence, digital channels, and targeted campaigns—that position Hibbett as the employer of choice in retail leadership.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-to-hire, candidate conversion etc.) to continuously optimize processes and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers—guiding selection frameworks, shaping compelling candidate value propositions, and ensuring a seamless, on-brand experience.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Help support enterprise-wide initiatives—such as business process improvements, and recruitment technology implementations—that elevate our talent acquisition maturity.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years leading full-cycle, for corporate positions with varying levels of complexity. 
  • Demonstrated success in workforce planning, employer branding, and strategic stakeholder alignment
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in HR metrics and ATS/CRM systems (Workday Recruiter a plus)
  • Excellent consultative skills—able to influence senior leaders and deliver talent solutions that drive business outcomes
