We are looking for a motivated Service Porter to join our growing company. Here, you'll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally. The individual in this role is responsible for greeting customers as they come in for service and safely transporting the vehicles in an orderly and timely fashion.
Service Porter Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proactively greeting and assisting all customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Consistent utilization of proper spiel trained on, with spot checks performed
  • Frequently assist with service write-ups
  • Transport vehicle to designated areas in a safe manor, abiding by all company's safety best practices
  • Acting Concierge for customer inquiries, relaying correct information to them when requested
  • Keeping the service drive clean, clear of debris, and dry

Service Porter Requirements and Qualifications
  • General high school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Positive appearance
  • Able to deliver a fantastic customer experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate vehicles
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Pass drug screening, background check and MVR check
  • Dealership experience is a plus
  • This position requires a high level of physical activity
  • Able to lift 50lbs unassisted
