We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a critical part of our insurance platform. You'll work closely with customers, engineering, commercial teams, and the board to shape what we build next and make sure it ships. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone who has lived inside the insurance industry and wants to use that expertise to build software that meaningfully improves how insurers and brokers operate.

Run customer research and analyse market trends to identify pain points and commercial opportunities.

Gather and synthesise feedback from Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and customers themselves to inform product decisions.

Analyse product usage data to understand how customers engage with features and where value is — or isn't — landing.

Define and track the KPIs that matter for your area, and use them to prioritise initiatives and shape the roadmap.

Work directly with the company board to develop and refine long-term product vision.

Prepare product documentation, requirements, and go-to-market plans for new launches.

Partner closely with engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver initiatives on time and at quality.

Maintain a clear, communicated roadmap so stakeholders always know what's coming and why.

Align product goals with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and act as their primary product partner.

Equip commercial teams with the insights, data, and product knowledge they need to win and retain customers.

5+ years in Product Management, with at least some of that in B2B SaaS.

5+ years of hands-on experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to both insurer and broker/agent workflows.

Demonstrated ability to run market and competitor analysis and translate findings into product bets.

Strong data analysis skills, including working proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.

Comfortable using AI tools to move from idea to mockup to functional MVP quickly — validating concepts with customers and de-risking work before formal development begins.

Track record of using metrics to prioritise features and manage a roadmap end-to-end.

Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Polish (professional working proficiency or higher).

Experience working directly with founders, executives, or boards on product strategy.

Familiarity with insurance-specific systems such as policy administration, rating, or claims platforms.

Experience shipping product into multiple markets or regulatory environments.
