Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance products.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.

  • Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for retention.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Valid insurance broker license in the relevant state or region.

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

  • Ability to work in a results-driven environment with measurable targets.

  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and adapt service accordingly.
