The team is focused on helping clients understand their options and choose coverage that fits their needs and budgets. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site (or remote) role for Insurance Sales Agents & Brokers located in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves meeting with prospective and existing clients to assess their health insurance needs and recommend suitable individual, family, group, and Medicare plans. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting policy comparisons, preparing quotes, and explaining coverage details in clear, accessible language. Agents and brokers will complete applications, manage renewals, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The position also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines, while collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Income & Earnings $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 first year earnings for experienced individuals (commission only position)

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet targets and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solutions-focused support to diverse clients.
  • Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, including health and Medicare products.
  • Active health insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one promptly) in Florida; additional state licenses are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, online quoting tools, and basic office software.
  • Prior experience in health insurance or related financial services is preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant sales experience will be considered.
