  • As the telecommunications landscape continues to evolve, this individual will play a critical role in helping the organization leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experiences, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue streams.
  • This role requires deep expertise within the MVNO ecosystem, including carrier relationships, connectivity platforms, customer lifecycle management, onboarding processes, partner enablement, network operations, and the regulatory environment governing telecommunications services.
  • The Director must possess the ability to operate as a business-to-technology translator, understanding technical architecture, platform capabilities, APIs, integration requirements, and operational constraints while ensuring decisions optimize business value, customer experience, scalability, and profitability.
  • The Director will lead complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives involving multiple internal stakeholders, external partners, executive sponsors, and operational teams.

  • Experience developing business cases, financial models, forecasting assumptions, pricing strategies, and margin optimization plans to support product and partnership decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal and Commercial organizations to translate business and product requirements into partner-ready documentation, commercial frameworks, and contractual agreements.
