A well-established special events entertainment and production company is seeking a full-time Event Production & Logistics Manager (Training Role) to help execute high-end events and assist with equipment, logistics, and event preparation.
This position combines hands-on event production, equipment management, and logistics coordination, with training to eventually oversee our Mobile Games & Event Furniture division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of special events• Prepare and maintain entertainment, game, lighting, and production equipment• Perform basic equipment repair, maintenance, and product enhancements• Support event logistics including loading, transport, and staging• Drive cargo vans and box trucks to events and warehouse locations• Assist with warehouse organization and event preparation• Train to help oversee the Mobile Games & Event Furniture division
SCHEDULE
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)• Late shifts on Saturdays are required• Additional seasonal overtime available
REQUIREMENTS
• Clean driver’s license• Ability to drive box trucks and cargo vans• General handyman / technical skills• Reliable transportation• Ability to work weekends and late event hours• Team-oriented attitude• Polished professional appearance required• Outgoing personality and strong work ethic• Background CORI check required• Occasional heavy lifting required
