What You Will Do:

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business problems, data needs, and analytics opportunities.
  • Translate business questions into data-driven analyses, dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines
  • Perform data quality checks (validation, reconciliation, basic monitoring) and help troubleshoot data issues
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers.
  • Develop and present clear recommendations, visualizations, and storytelling that support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver analytics solutions that improve business performance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of repeatable reporting processes, data models, and analytical tools.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency, and analytical capabilities.
  • Stay current on emerging data, analytics, and visualization methods to bring innovative ideas to the team.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".
  • Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.
  • Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related analytical role. (6 months of internship or work thru college may be utilized as part of the 1.5 years).
  • Strong proficiency with Python or other programming language.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL.
  • Experience with CoPilot, ChatGPT and/or Claude to support faster coding or analysis.
  • Ability to gather requirements, analyze complex information, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets and turning data into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • This is a hybrid role with requirement to go into one of the listed GH offices, candidate must be within a commutable distance to one of the offices listed.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Consulting experience supporting external clients or multiple business functions.
  • Experience with data preparation, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, data governance, or data quality practices.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience and/or interest in energy and utilities
The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
