Position Overview: The FWC Music Department Secretary plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the FWC Music Department. This role involves handling various clerical tasks, managing communications, and assisting with organizational processes. A vast knowledge of FWC/JSM music is a must. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and be flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, data entry, document preparation, processing time cards, weekly reports, etc.
  • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for documents and records.
