Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Milwaukee, WI. You will perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate and ensure quality assurance of imaging equipment, and monitor patients throughout procedures. You will scrub and circulate basic, intermediate, and advanced IR procedures and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support high-quality patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- ARRT certification for RT(R).
- Valid Wisconsin state radiologic technologist license.
- BLS certification.
- Experience scrubbing and circulating general IR procedures including kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, central line/PICC/port placement, fistulograms, IVC filter placement, nephrostomy tubes and stents, peripheral interventions, coil embolization, thoracentesis/paracentesis, and CT-guided procedures.
- Experience with Siemens and GE angiography/imaging equipment preferred.
- Ability to scrub and pan simultaneously.
- Comfort with charging/coding for procedures preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of IR technologist experience with references preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Neuro IR experience preferred; required for RN and reviewed for RT by manager if not present.
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
- Familiarity with MedRad injectors, IVUS, GE ultrasound, AngioJet, and other IR support equipment preferred.
Assignment Details
- Flexible first-shift schedules: combinations of 4x10-hour shifts, two 8s with two 12s, or five 8-hour shifts.
- Typical start times include 0700 with one 0900 start time per week.
- Department staffed 24/7; must be able to support high-volume workflow (approximately 40–50 patients per day on average).
- Must be able to scrub and circulate across multiple IR rooms and support CT-guided procedures as needed.
