Job Description

The Business Manager serves as the hub of the daily operations at the Amerind Museum and reports to the President/CEO. This person is the office/human resources manager which includes prepares and monitors the annual budget, manages accounts payable and receivable, enters all transactions in QuickBooks, prepares financial statements and forecasts, provides data for the annual audit, runs payroll and benefits, completes hiring paperwork, oversees office management, and assists where needed. This key staff member ensures that all aspects of the business and personnel side of Amerind run smoothly.

Requirement expectations:

Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent experience
