Job description

Project Manager / Senior Project ManagerPosition Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee architectural projects from planning through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within budget, schedule, and scope requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of architectural projects from initial planning through project completion.

  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure successful project execution.

  • Coordinate and oversee all technical, administrative, and design-related project activities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, scope, and overall project performance.

  • Lead project communication, documentation, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.

  • Direct project teams and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.

  • Prepare project proposals, fee estimates, contracts, and scope documentation.

  • Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain project success.

  • Ensure quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations are consistently met.

  • Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • 8+ years of architectural project management experience.

  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience serving as a client-facing project leader.

  • Proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD experience is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of project delivery methods, construction documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in architectural project management.

  • Architectural license preferred.

  • Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, commercial, or large-scale facility projects.

  • Proven success leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
