Job description

Sodexo is hiring a strategic Proposal Manager to lead compelling proposals that win business. Collaborate across teams, manage timelines, and craft persuasive content that meets client needs and drives results.

About the job

In this leadership role, you will oversee the creation and execution of innovative design and content projects that support business growth and enhance brand presence. You'll manage the full lifecycle of creative initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual and written materials that engage clients and drive results.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $86275 - $133870

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
