Job description

We are seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our team!


You will be expected to work with our corporate multimedia team supporting executive-level productions in Bethesda, MD. This position operates on-site independently while coordinating virtually with a remote team, so the candidate must be self-sufficient, reliable without direct supervision, and able to represent the team professionally in front of executive leadership. The role focuses on photography and live event production, including event coverage, executive portraits, and on-site production support. The candidate needs strong written and verbal communication skills to keep the remote team abreast of project status, record keeping, and completion of work, and will be responsible for managing and maintaining the local inventory of production and photography equipment.


Requirements

Mandatory

– Advanced proficiency in professional photography, including event coverage, candid, and portrait work in executive environments

– Advanced proficiency in photo post-production using Adobe CC products (Photoshop, Camera Raw, Lightroom)

– Proficiency in video production (pre- and post-production)

– Experience supporting live event production

– Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating virtually with a remote team

– Customer service mindset with professional presence — regularly works in direct support of executive leadership

– Flexible schedule with availability to work when needed, including surge/overtime support driven by the executive event calendar

– Ability to manage, track, and maintain equipment inventory

– Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and production techniques

– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products

– Ability to work in high pressure situations

– Detail-oriented with strong technical skills
