DESCRIPTION
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team. This position is primarily responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms while supporting the execution of our social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer with experience producing marketing materials, digital content, and brand assets, while also assisting with social media scheduling, video editing, and content coordination.
Working across multiple brands, the Multimedia Designer will help ensure every piece of creative is visually engaging, brand consistent, and delivered on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative design with the organization and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design marketing materials for both digital and print, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, signage, product collateral, trade show materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, and online promotions.
  • Develop branded templates and maintain visual consistency across multiple brands.
  • Produce artwork that aligns with established brand standards while contributing fresh creative ideas.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and digital distribution.
  • Resize and adapt creative assets for multiple platforms and marketing channels.
  • Maintain an organized library of creative assets, templates, photography, and design files.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Support
  • Schedule and publish social media content for multiple Affiliate locations using social media management platforms.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining content calendars.
  • Format and optimize creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
  • Create graphics and creative assets for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor scheduled content for quality, consistency, and accuracy.

Multimedia Production
  • Edit short-form videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and training materials.
  • Create simple animations, motion graphics, and branded video elements.
  • Assist with photography selection, image editing, and basic retouching.
  • Design graphics for email marketing campaigns and website updates.

Collaboration & Project Management
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing objectives into effective creative solutions.
  • Communicate with affiliate locations and vendors regarding creative requests when required.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across multiple brands.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional graphic design or multimedia design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, print design, typography, and layout skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with Canva and creating editable branded templates.
  • Basic video editing experience using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
  • Experience scheduling social media content using platforms such as Birdeye, Soci, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in both B2B and B2C marketing environments is an asset.
