Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Multimedia Specialist (PM Shift) to join our Media & Archival Services team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality digitization of historical assets, ensuring the preservation of analog media through precise technical calibration and adherence to archival standards. ### What You'll Do In this role, you will:

  • Execute Asset Migration: Lead the digitization, restoration, and reformatting of diverse media types-including paper, film, and photography-delivering high-resolution digital files that meet strict archival specifications.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Operations Manager and the broader Imaging team to manage project workflows, ensuring all client requests are tracked and delivered accurately and on schedule.

  • Ensure Technical Integrity: Maintain and calibrate studio equipment while performing rigorous quality control on metadata and image file formats to ensure long-term digital preservation and compliance with organizational standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in multimedia production, digital imaging, or archival services.

  • Strong knowledge of current and obsolete photographic and image formats, as well as proficiency in tools such as CaptureOne, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Proven ability in managing complex digital workflows, meticulous asset tracking, and collaborating effectively in a high-production team environment.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree or technical certification in film/photography is highly preferred); U.S. Citizenship is required for this specific location/project.
