Multimedia Graphic Designer 

Hybrid Opportunity | U.S. | *Full-Time

Position Overview

Reporting to creative leadership, you will produce graphic art and visual materials that extend the organization's visual identity across all branded touchpoints. This includes print, environmental, digital, interactive media, and video. You'll partner closely with the Art Director to create and implement cohesive brand expressions for a wide range of internal stakeholders across the organization.

This role offers a hybrid work model and can be based out of any of the organization's U.S. office locations.

What You'll Do

Translate business goals and creative briefs into compelling, cohesive visual concepts that elevate brand presence

Design and implement visual identity systems that maintain integrity, consistency, and clarity across every channel

Select the right medium and format to achieve the desired communication impact

Develop concepts, graphic elements, and layouts using professional design software for campaigns, presentations, and collateral

Contribute to a wide range of projects, from fully integrated brand campaigns to executive presentation decks

Interpret stakeholder goals, budgets, and feedback throughout the design process; partner with the Creative Project Manager to meet deadlines

Leverage existing photo, illustration, and typography libraries to deliver on-brand solutions; create original artwork as needed

Prep press-ready files and conduct quality checks before vendor release; attend press checks to ensure standards are met

Support the Digital Design team with web and interactive applications

Collaborate with the video team on design assets and motion graphics for video projects

Create environmental graphics and office signage systems

Act as a brand advocate, educating colleagues on the strategic value of design as a competitive advantage

Present design solutions, user insights, and strategic approaches to key stakeholders

Uphold high creative and quality standards, ensuring only top-tier work is delivered

Help raise the bar for design creativity across the organization

Stay current on design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve work quality

Assist with day-to-day operations of the brand function

Flexibility to work outside standard hours for high-profile initiatives when needed

What You Bring

Strong, dynamic design portfolio showcasing print and digital work

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects

Figma experience is a plus

Dual proficiency in Mac and PC platforms required

Solid grasp of design principles, fundamentals, and print production processes

Motion graphics and video editing experience highly valued

Cinema 4D or other 3D software experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word

Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance design workflow is highly desired

Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability

Thrives in team settings and fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Excellent organizational and project management skills for handling multiple assignments

Strong digital file management discipline

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field MUST HAVE 4 year degree (no exceptions)

Minimum 5 years of professional print and digital design experience

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
