Role OverviewSodexo is hiring a Multimedia Designer Lead to join our high-performing Proposal Development Center, supporting sales growth across multiple business segments. This role is ideal for a senior-level creative who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and naturally leads through influence, expertise, and point of view. As a creative partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you'll help shape how our ideas are told-bringing strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and polish to complex proposals. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere within the continental United States, with regular exposure to senior leaders and critical business initiatives.What You'll Do
  • Lead the creative direction and execution of high-impact sales presentations, pitch decks, and multimedia assets that differentiate Sodexo in competitive pursuits
  • Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate ideas, challenge assumptions, and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives
  • Serve as a trusted creative advisor in proposal and presentation strategy, influencing how stories are structured and delivered
  • Develop and maintain branded templates and visual standards aligned with Sodexo guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Create multimedia assets including videos, animations, infographics, and client-facing microsites that enhance storytelling and engagement
  • Stay ahead of presentation, design, and multimedia trends to continuously improve creative output, tools, and processes
