  • Provide creative leadership and directionfor digital design initiatives, mentoring developing designers whileensuring high-quality, on-brand execution across all digitalcommunications.
  • Independently manage graphic design projectsfrom concept through delivery, providing creative direction throughout theprocess. Attend and contribute to concept meetings with internal clientsto understand goals and requirements, develop strong and meaningful designconcepts, and ensure work aligns with client expectations, brandstandards, timelines and due dates. Participate in ongoing check-ins toreview progress, incorporate feedback, and adjust as needed to deliverhigh-quality results.
  • Manage design for multi-channel projects such as the communications and marketing efforts related to Wespath’sinstitutional investments business,sustainable investing efforts, high-profile meetings and events, brandrefinement efforts, new product/program launches, and more.
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout all projects,using the Wespath Brand Guidelines for reference.

Stay up to date on design trends andtechnical capabilities including utilizing AI tools as well as digitaldesign theories to create fresh and contemporary content.
