Job description

The Multimedia Producer creates and maintains favorable internal and external corporate image through content creation for use on traditional media platforms, websites, and social media. Additional tasks may include developing campaigns to shape the perception of the organization, increasing brand awareness, and promoting specific services and mission awareness. The Producer also provides support for event operations as needed. This role is a hybrid position with the expectation of being onsite in NE Indiana multiple times per week.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Below are the primary duties and essential functions of an employee in this position. While not all tasks may be performed by every employee in this role, all employees are expected to perform related tasks as needed. These essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video/photographs) content including patient stories, interviews, internal/external company announcements, commercials, promotional videos, product marketing, recruitment, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects.
  • Create content with a focus on increasing brand awareness.
  • Provide professional videography and still photography content.
  • Create scripts and storyboards appropriate to the setting and intention of the project.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjusting content strategy accordingly.
  • Provide audiovisual, photography, videography, and production support for organizational events and special projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia production and digital communications.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to create content through video and still photography.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
  • Occupational Exposure Risk Classification: The normal work routine involves minimal exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.
  • The normal work routine has a minimal ergonomic risk for repetitive motion impairment.
  • The position may require a minimal amount of physical exertion (bending, lifting, twisting) in the work area.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in visual arts, Communications, Video Production, or closely related field. Bachelor's preferred
  • Experience: Prefer three (3) years of experience in video and multimedia production.
  • Certificate or Professional License: UX/UI or web accessibility and CMS-related certifications.
  • Travel: Up to 50% in NE Indiana Region
  • Valid driver's license and active auto insurance coverage.
  • Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
