  • Spearhead talent acquisition for bilingual project management and crew positions, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Craft and post job advertisements in strategic locations, targeting bilingual professionals in the construction and roofing industries.
  • Conduct thorough screening and sourcing of candidates, emphasizing bilingual skills essential for the roles.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring panels.
  • Implement recruitment marketing strategies tailored to attract bilingual talent, highlighting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific bilingual requirements for project management and crew roles.
  • Manage administrative recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and representing our company at job fairs and recruitment events focused on bilingual professionals.
