We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish. You will lead large‑scale podium multifamily projects while being part of an reputable contractor with a strong presence in the Cleveland market. Client Details This role is with a general contractor that has spent decades building a strong name across the region. Description Oversee large ground‑up multifamily construction projects ranging from $30M-$60M. Lead all phases of project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports Profile Strong experience managing large scale multifamily construction projects (ideally valued at $30M+) Proven experience overseeing large, ground‑up multifamily, podium, mid‑rise, or similarly complex vertical commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
