Job description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on large apartment complexes, including podium, wrap, and garden-style projects. This is a working foreman role requiring strong field leadership, deep knowledge of multifamily electrical systems, and the ability to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What Youโ€™ll Be Responsible For
  • Lead and supervise electrical crews on large-scale multifamily projects

  • Plan and execute daily and weekly work activities to meet schedule milestones

  • Read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and shop drawings

  • Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades

  • Install and oversee rough-in, trim, panels, feeders, lighting, and life-safety systems

  • Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to code

  • Track manpower, materials, and productivity

  • Maintain a strong jobsite presence and lead by example

  • Enforce safety protocols and quality standards

  • Assist with training and mentoring apprentices and journeymen


What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman on multifamily projects

  • At least 5 additional years of hands-on electrical experience coming up through the trade

  • Proven experience running electrical on large apartment complexes (100+ units preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of NEC, multifamily electrical systems, and construction sequencing

  • Ability to manage crews, schedules, and production in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid communication skills with field teams and project leadership

  • Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented

  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 preferred

  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
