As an Analyst โ€“ Multifamily Asset Management, you will collect, prepare, analyze, and maintain comprehensive reports that help maximize the value of our properties.

Your focus is on regular weekly and monthly reporting and one-off projects directed by the Vice President of Asset Management to maximize the financial performance of their assigned portfolio of multifamily properties.

You will utilize your relevant undergraduate degree to analyze and evaluate multifamily real estate investments to determine potential risks and returns, prepare financial models, projections, and performance reports for multifamily assets, and conduct market research and analysis to support asset management decisions.

You are passionate about the commercial real estate industry, and your strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends, strong computer skills (including experience with VBA, Excel, or SQL), and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques to be successful in the position.

The Detailsโ€ฆ

  • You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm
  • We offer many benefits to meet your needs, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance options. The company provides auto-enrollment in its 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment. New employees accrue 80 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state or local requirements*. Eligible employees also receive paid holidays for ten holidays each year**.

*The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. **To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 30 days of employment as of the holiday date.

Required Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

  • Strong computer skills, VBA, Excel, SQL a plus
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques

Physical Requirements

  • Expected work hours: 7:30 to 7:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
  • Travel: As needed and as directed by the Vice President of Asset Management
  • Work environment and physical demands: General office environment, ability to walk multifamily properties during site visits and physical audits.
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
