Job description

Job Title: Adjunct Teaching - Teacher Education - El Ed 203, Multicultural Ed
Posting End Date: June 9, 2026
*NOTE: Last day to apply is Monday, June 8, 2026, at 11:59pm (MST)
Position Start Date: September 1, 2026
Required Degree: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Degree must be in elementary or early childhood education, multicultural education, or related field from an accredited university.
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience:
  • Expertise in multicultural education at elementary/early childhood levels.
  • Successful experience as a licensed K-12 public school classroom teacher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties/Expectations:
  • Teach Foundations of Multicultural Education courses for elementary and early childhood education programs (El Ed 203).
  • Candidate MUST be available to teach on-campus daytime classes (8am-4pm).
  • Meet appropriate dress and conduct standards as required by the university.
