Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team at Integrated Multicultural Counseling, LLC. This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to provide therapeutic services via telehealth, allowing you to work comfortably from home while making a profound impact on the lives of your clients. As a member of our team, you will ensure that our clients receive high-quality mental health support throughout their transformational journeys.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing you with flexibility and the ability to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will work from your own setting, equipped with the necessary tools and technology to conduct telehealth sessions. Our supportive virtual work environment facilitates collaboration among team members, allowing you to share insights and strategies to improve client outcomes. Your working hours will primarily be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based solutions.
  • Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized approaches to address client concerns.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient privacy is always protected.
  • Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic patient care.
  • Engage in case consultations and peer reviews, sharing insights to continually elevate the standard of care.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering a deeper understanding of their journeys.
  • Stay current with the latest research and innovations in the mental health field to enhance your practice and improve patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse client base that includes individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, from children to adults. Our clientele may present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As such, your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each client is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing teamwork and continuous professional development.
Preferred Experience
