• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that allow you to gather vital information for diagnosing and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet client needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities based on client requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and uphold confidentiality through meticulous clinical documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to create a unified approach to client care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to share insights and strategies, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, offering guidance on available treatments and community resources to enhance their journey toward recovery.
• Continuously update your knowledge and skills by staying informed about the latest research, trends, and innovative practices in the mental health field.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, addressing a vast array of mental health concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. You will create a safe, supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and fosters trust, allowing you to effectively address the unique backgrounds and needs of each individual. Your work will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and ultimately enhance their quality of life.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated ability in tailoring evidence-based psychotherapy interventions to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and contributions from fellow mental health professionals in achieving patient outcomes.

While not mandatory, prior experience working with culturally diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous. Additionally, experience in trauma-informed care and knowledge of community mental health resources will be highly regarded as we aim to broaden our outreach efforts.

This role offers a competitive salary breaking down to an annual range of $90,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
