Eggman is looking for a Store Manager who can take full ownership of a location, lead a strong team, and consistently hit scorecard numbers.
This is for someone who runs a clean operation, is highly organized, moves fast, and holds a high bar every single day.
The Role
- Own the full store operation (Fast Casual Concept): opening, closing, prep, service flow, and execution
- Support P&L, scheduling, budgeting, and store financial performance
- Lead, train, and develop a team of up to 8-10 crew members
- Drive performance across key metrics: sales, labor %, food cost %, speed of service, catering, and order accuracy
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and daily financial performance
- Hold the team accountable to culture and Company Values
- Create and maintain a fast, clean, positive high-energy environment where guests leave happier

Schedule & Expectations
