We are a busy Dunkin Donuts franchisee who is looking to fill a multi-store General Manager role. We offer Health Benefits and Paid Time Off. Your job responsibilities will be varied.

  • You will be tasked with bridging the gap between the back office, management and the store employees by communicating and implementing company objectives to the store level.
  • You will be asked to achieve store performance sales metrics and staffing levels.
  • You will also be tasked with cultivating a good work environment for our employees by training them in the importance of the organization standards and giving quality service to our customers.
