Job description

Location: Greater Cleveland Eastside / Northeast Ohio, OH
Compensation: $90-95K + monthly bonus potential, car/mileage allowance, cell phone, home internet
Reports To: Director of Operations

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader to oversee 6 locations across the mid-Willamette Valley. This is a hands-on coaching position focused on developing General Managers and driving operational excellence. You'll spend 80% of your time in restaurants, working directly with teams to improve guest service, training, and performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers through regular one-on-one meetings and performance feedback
  • Build staffing plans and validate all Shift Leader candidates
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards across safety, product quality, and facility maintenance
  • Conduct weekly area-wide meetings to communicate expectations and address training needs
  • Manage employee relations including complaints and hotline issues
  • Monitor work environment to ensure fair treatment and regulatory compliance
