  • Lead and support new HEYTEA store openings, including recruitment, training, opening readiness, stress tests, Friends & Family events, and grand openings.
  • Ensure new locations are operationally ready before opening.

  • Experience managing Store Managers or General Managers.
  • Experience in bubble tea, tea, coffee, QSR, or high-volume beverage operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of store P&Ls, labour management, food/beverage cost, inventory, waste, and operational controls.
  • New store opening experience is an asset.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • This is an in-person and field-based role.
  • Regular travel between HEYTEA locations is required.
  • Work schedules will be based on business and operational requirements.
