The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for leading multiple Arden's Garden retail locations through strong leadership, coaching, accountability, and team development. This role focuses on building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The primary responsibility of this role is not to cover shifts, but to develop people, strengthen leadership, and drive performance across multiple locations.
