VMG is looking for a full time multi-skilled CAM Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should be a courteous professional, detail oriented, able to perform various administrative duties, be customer-focused, and have an eagerness to work and contribute to team efforts with high energy and a positive attitude. Duties include but are not limited to:

Handling day-to-day tasks and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Answering phone calls promptly and check voicemail regularly.

Staying on top of email regularly throughout the day.

Assisting owners with questions regarding policies and procedures, directing them to the CAM where appropriate.

Assisting owners with COA related issues and communicate to CAM when appropriate.

Meeting with new owners to review Owner Packet, policies, and procedures.

Update Owner information in all applicable computer programs.

Keep unit entry key log and unit management company lists updated.

Keeping all Homeowner packets up to date.

Using , Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Constant Contact Dropbox, App Folio.

Prepare monthly newsletter

Keeping Security Binders up to date.

Keeping all owner files up to date.

Keeping owner portal & website up to date.

Distribute pool bands and keep organized record keeping.

Keeping file and record retention system up to date.

Preparing for and attending Board meetings following set procedures.

Preparing for and attending Annual Owners Meeting and Reception following set procedures.

Preparing meeting minutes for all Board of Director and Annual Meetings.

Ordering all office supplies and keep organized.

Assisting in preparing, proofing, and sending communications out to owners and others affiliated with the property.

Assisting CAM with projects and meetings as requested.

Attending miscellaneous meetings when requested by CAM or Board of Directors.

Other duties as assigned.

Benefits available the first of the month following 30 days of full time employment.
